You can probably tell from my photos, but traditionally posed photos aren't exactly my style. I promise to get you the "smile and say cheese" photo, but there is so much beauty in between those moments.  In sessions, I do give gentle direction and also engage in active observation. I want to capture moments of true connection and candor for you with your loved ones. 

In-Home Session

In home sessions are some of my favorites! This is such a great opportunity to capture your home environment with your family or loved ones. I find that kids are oftentimes more comfortable in this environment. This is a great opportunity to make memories and share routines in the spaces you already spend so much time in! When I look back in my parent's and grandparent's photos, I see memories in their home, not usually in a big beautiful field (not that there's anything wrong with that either).  This is perfect for welcoming little ones into this word, documenting family routines, and couples celebrating their love.
